Meet the Team



     Scott Ward has over 17 years of real estate experience including development and construction in both commercial and residential properties. He also has made capital arrangements for over 800 construction and renovation loans, sourcing a $100M capital partner in both debt and equity. In addition to this, he underwrote projects ranging from raw land development and commercial income producing property valuation. Working in various markets nationwide he has established relationships in California, Michigan, Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, North Dakota, Delaware and Washington.

     Mr. Ward’s real estate career began managing rental properties in college, where he obtained a hands on approach for all phases of management in income producing real estate. In 2002, he began working in private capital markets as a direct lender. He became a top originator and underwriter, in addition to being a trade organization liaison. At this time he gained extensive experience in underwriting, escrow, appraisals, risk assessment, title, fund control and for sale by owner properties. He worked directly with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and create a mortgage pool of over $100M dollars in private equity, debt, and investment for real estate assets. The fund specialized in various real estate assets including but not limited to land, multi-family, special use, office, industrial, residential sub divisions, hospitality, resort, golf and others.

     Mr. Ward has also advised and developed property investment opportunities for retirement and vacation rentals in the beach areas of Florida, Michigan and New Jersey, along with Oil Field and drilling community rentals and hospitality in North Dakota and Texas. During the past several years he has focused primarily on commercial and residential tract development, specifically in mid-size income generating opportunities around construction in selected markets focused on growth and solid exit strategies.

     Mr. Ward is happily married and a proud father of a young son and daughter. He worked his way through college as a property manager and as a paramedic firefighter and EMS Instructor. He is a graduate of Lansing Fire Academy, The Michigan Hazardous Materials Training Center Paramedic program based out of The Michigan State Police. He also attended Western Michigan University (B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in US History). He has created, pitched, optioned, and sold many television concepts at the network level with his last created entertainment property being SHIPWRECK on DISCOVERY NETWORKS.



Peter Ivanov is both a commercial real estate broker as well as a residential real estate agent. As a residential salesperson, Mr. Ivanov sold homes across the greater Sacramento area as well as properties in Rocklin, Davis, Roseville, and Granite Bay. His career began while he was still in high school, earning a California Bureau of Real Estate Salesperson License as soon as he turned 18. He quickly developed connections with brokers and agents in the local real estate market and, after a brief stint as an assistant to top producers from Lyon and Keller Williams, began his career with Brenda Brown Luxury Homes.

    Mr. Ivanov is a member of the Placer County Association of Realtors, Sacramento Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He worked his way through his time at the University of California at Davis by selling homes and at the same time, working as an investment consultant at First Capital Real Estate where he oversaw and managed hospitality properties, retail locations, and development sites in California, New Mexico, Texas, and Nevada. In his personal time, Mr.Ivanov gained experience remodeling and flipping real estate investment properties.

    Mr. Ivanov earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California at Davis and has participated in a variety of diplomatic relations and humanitarian programs in conjunction with organizations representing eastern European nations and European Union development programs. He speaks multiple languages including English, Russian, and Spanish. 

     Mr. Ivanov’s private money financing experience encompasses a broad scope of property types and locations. He has personally originated deal types that include: religious centers, multifamily residential complexes (4+ units), hospitality locations, vacant land, luxury residential communities, and coastal development projects. Through these extensive transactions, he has mastered the escrow process and has attained the skillset to secure his clients’ upward mobility and long term success.
